At Real Gem Jewelers, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
Items marked as "Final Sale".
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Visit us in-store or contact us at 952-496-2000 with your order details. Ship the item back to us (if applicable). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees) or assist with an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if it arrives damaged or defective. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
In-store Returns and Exchanges:
Bring your item and receipt to our store, and our friendly staff will assist you with the process.
